I have been trying to make withdrawals and was told it was due to technical issues. They then told me to cancel my withdrawal which I did and request a new one. I then tried to make another request in which it said I had to wager my winnings. So I lost more money. After losing 25 euros I then made another request for withdrawal and I am still waiting. They deny that they told me to cancel my request even though I have screenshots. They not willing to give me contact details for the payment department. It's extremely shocking they are allowed to operate. They take your deposits but not complete withdrawal requests. I fear I have been scammed and it was alot of money I lost too. I am having to wait 36 hours for my funds to be withdrawn but then told there's a technical issue and I have to cancel it and do it again. They making me action on the matter so then they manipulate me to thinking I am doing something. All they seem to do is tell you the terms and conditions

I have done another withdrawal request and I am waiting 36 hours. The withdrawal request was made on 01/07/2024. As you can see from my attachments I was told by email to make another withdrawal request, I was told there are technical issues, I was told to then wager more after cancelling the withdrawal request so originally it was meant to be 400 euros but now it's 375 euros. If I ask them now about my withdrawal request they will ask me to wait 36 hours due to their terms and conditions so I am going to wait and see if there is another excuse they going to make.

Hi,

Just to give you an update, Basswin cancelled my withdrawal saying they having technical issues and I need to make a new request. I have now had to make another request. I have sent an email suggesting if this does. Not work would they allow the withdrawal happen through Neteller. I will keep you updated once again

Somehow miraculously my withdrawal came through. I have also decided to close my account with Basswin Casino. I still don't trust the sight. I hope they don't scam anyone. But I would keep away from it.
