The player's withdrawal is delayed for almost 3 weeks. The complaint was rejected as the player stopped responding.
I requested it over a month ago and they never issued it. I emailed everyday to make sure they had everything and then 17 days later they told me they still needed stuff so I got it to them and now it's been even longer

Is this your first ever withdrawal request in the casino? When exactly did you try to withdrawal? Is your account already verified and if yes, since when? Did you use any bonus?
Please note that if it's your first withdrawal, it might take up to 14 days after you verify yourself to process the withdrawal.
