I withdrew winnings in the amount of $300 on Jan 16th 2022. I had all documents approved and ready for a withdrawal before this so it is already done. Ok so now it is February 10th 2022 and I have stayed in contact via live chat but nothing has happened with my money. I was told a withdrawal via Bitcoin takes between 5-18 business days and I believe I'm way over that. I have asked for someone to contact me regarding this and nothing has happened. I just keep getting told that My "account manager" will get ahold of me yet I haven't been emailed by anyone. I'm thinking of contacting someone to do something legally. I know it's a small amount of winnings but it's the point. If you aren't going to run something right just don't do it. I will not ever deposit money here again....worst online casino ever!!!!!!!
