The player from Ireland had submitted a withdrawal request less than two weeks before contacting us. Winnings hadn't been obtained up to that day. We advised her to wait for 14 days and cooperate with the casino. On the 14th day, the player informed us that the withdrawal had been processed and paid. The complaint was marked as resolved.

I made a withdrawal for 1000 on the 23rd May. I received a email 1 week ago saying withdrawal is pending. I have not been able to chat for 5 days as the chat isn't working. I have emailed the manager and emailed support that's is given on the page and the emails are coming back mail delivery unsuccessful like as if the page is incorrect I have previously emailed and this was the correct email. I had a withdrawal in Jan that was successful for the same about. Its now 13 days and no sign of it

However, please bear in mind that it’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.
That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.

If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, we will intervene and do our best to help you.

I received a email from the casino stating that unfortunately it would not be processed today but the team are working to have it processed ASAP. Today is the 14th day of the withdrawal I will inform you when it goes through if it does.
