I requestsed a withdraw euro 500 May 22. Still no money. The chat does not work. I got a reply by email stating that I should have the money "at the end of the week". The withdraw is still pending. It is my first withdraw at this casino. I am fully verified. Something seems wrong.

The account was fully verified just before I asked for the withdraw, May 22. I won playing with real money.

I had email contact May 28, I asked about the withdraw and got the answere "by the end of the week".
