The player from United Kingdom has requested a withdrawal three weeks ago. It hasn’t been received yet. Casino didn't respond.
I requested a withdrawal on the 26th sep and still haven't received it I've been told there is delays due to large number of withdrawel causing technical issues and problem with payment providers and that my case would be escalate and that was the last email I received off them and that was on 11th Oct not heard anything since and still don't have my money

It’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. Assuming that you have completed KYC verification successfully and had your withdrawal approved, I truly believe it’s only a matter of time before you’ll receive it.

Hi no it cleared from pending after 5 days so they just haven't possessed it its 4 weeks now and they are saying its a casino issue and all my kyc documents are verified ages ago

unfortunately, this Casino is not licensed, its rating is 0 out of 10 and probably you are right about your winnings.
