The player from UK cannot withdraw winnings and the support isn’t helpful. We rejected the complaint because the player didn't respond to our messages and questions.
I'm trying to withdraw my winnings, but there email address is not recognised also there seems like I cannot get in contact due to there being no online support

Also, could you please clarify what you meant by "email address is not recognised"?
