I deposited 20 euros and get 60% match bonus + 180 free spins.

in the bonus section were no max cash out info. so, i turnover the money and FS. i made 545 euros and withdrawal the sum of 490 euros.

After verification process i got only 400 euros. then i try to chat, but obviously they blocked me. i coult reached them only trough email. one hour ago i sent them some questions, why only 400 and ask for terms and conditions about bonus. Im still waiting for an answer.

i also try to check in history section, but there is nothing to find about the bonus i took, only wagg. requiremets and max bet limit ( 3 euros).

nothing about max cash out informations. I little bit odd.

Can you check this for me? thank you very much.

1.Account was completely veryfied in the time i want to withdraw. erlier i was withdrawing with only phone number and email verification, but small sum of money. i try to withdraw on wednesday, but they ask me for documents i need to send and they took about 48 hours for verification process. They sent me an email with the messagge, that my account is now verified. In this time were ending one of casino tournaments 10.000 free spins where i ended and won 100 fs. But reward was canceled, beacuse they told me i was in withdrawal process and in this case i cannot get reward. They do this on purpose, because in the same time i won tournament reward i succesfully withdraw. Im playing more then 10 years in several casinos and many of the accounts i locked, because the terms and conditions are unfair.

2.No, i took several bonuses in AMPM casino.

3.I do not have any saved conversation, no screenshoots, because i didnt have any access to the past bonuses and promotions. And from the moment of withdraw, they never answer me. Thank you.
