Is your account already verified in the casino? Do you have any active bonus balance from a deposit or no deposit bonus? Is this your first withdrawal request in the casino?

Note, that if you still need to wager your money, you probably have an active bonus which is not complete yet. Could you please also check your bonus history or wagering history?
