The player from the UK had his winnings cancelled probably due to placing bets more than 30% of the deposit. We rejected the complaint because the player didn't respond to our messages and questions.
I had some big side bets come in withdrew €3200 I then had a phone call saying I had irregular payments and was told I would not be getting my money.
Absolutely disgusting way to treat a customer they are nothing but a con casino NEVER NEVER use this site absolutely bloody useless

" Placing total bets equal to or greater than 30% of the value of the smallest deposit currently in play. This includes purchasing in-game features including but not limited to free spins, double up feature and etc."
Could you please specify how much you deposited? Also, could you confirm that you didn’t activate any bonus while depositing?
