Hi I opened account with £25 and was given bonus of £63 I lost my initial £25 but then won£ 1699 with bonus money after meeting the required wagering amount they are refusing to pay me saying I have betting iregularaties can you help

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your problem. I have checked bonus terms and conditions, and this is what I found:

"All Wins Casino reserves the right to withhold any withdrawals and/or confiscate all winnings and Bonuses for irregular play. "Irregular play" may include, inter alia:

*Placing bets equal to or greater than 30% of the value of the deposit (or free bonus or cashback) credited to the player account.

*Using the double-up feature to increase bet values.

*Placing bets equal, zero, low margin bets or hedge betting, shall all be considered irregular gaming for Bonus play-through requirement purposes.

*Placing bets equal to or greater than 30% of the value of the deposit (or free bonus) credited to the player account.

*Using the double-up feature to increase bet values.

*Placing bets equal, zero, low margin bets or hedge betting, shall all be considered irregular gaming for Bonus play-through requirement purposes."
