On Sunday my prize of €600 was advertised as approved, but nothing has arrived on the account to date, that's too long! Normally a transfer takes 1 day and not 3 or longer

My account was fully verified on Saturday and they said my withdrawal was approved on Sunday! However, nothing has been credited to my bank account!

I had requested a withdrawal of €600 when it was accepted I asked the casino to block me as self protection, then my payment was canceled and returned to my account as I am blocked I could not request a new withdrawal and support offered me my to post money as a refund
