Hello, on February 25 I played normally in the afternoon, then I went to enter again and it did not let me enter my account. I was suspended, they did not send me any email to notify me of what happened, I had to send them an email to just tell me that they had confiscated my money and that I would never get it back without giving me an explanation of why they suspended me, they practically robbed me.
