Was given 50 free spins, played 49 no problem and on last spin with approx 30e winnings built up the game froze, now I can't load game so can't access the 30e winnings that need to be wagered. Live chat is non-existent (have spent 25 minutes waiting for a reply twice) and email support replied but seemed to avoid the actual issue. You can close the matter, got game to work again, paid out e28.5 bonus funds and now casino say I need to deposit to activate which wasn't in terms but I know casinos are always dodgy with terms so won't waste my time complaining about it, at least I realized not to trust this casino before I deposited.
