I have raised a request for withdrawal of 35000/- rs ... It's been close to 30 hrs now and still in approval pending state.When I raised a ticket , they just say it will be processed soon without any updates or reason.Normally the process time is less than 12 hrs for any amount I've withdrew...so this is a worry...I know it will take some days etc...but conformation is confidence...for such sites.

However, please bear in mind that it’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. That’s why we advise players to be patient and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before they submit a complaint.
Assuming that you have completed KYC verification successfully and had your withdrawal approved by the casino, still, if you don’t receive your winnings by then, please, let us know and we will try to help you.

I never knew it will take upto 14days....I'll ve patient ofcourse 🙂 The only problem I foresee is the abnormal withdrawal times ....If there is a strong reason on why....then no worries...This is the only reason I've approached you guys ! I'm a lil less worried now as I've got support in this means .. Appreciate ur work !
After posting a complaint here...This was addressed maybe...not sure ..but after 40~ apprx post the request
..I got the money in my account ! Resolved
