on 26 march 2021 in the morning 5:27AM i tried to deposit amount of 800rs but due to some technical issues it got deduted 3times means 2400rs its been one week but still its not refunded or added im wallet and also not getting proper responce from customer care people also , i have all screenshots and mail confirmation of successfull transaction even i sended those proofs to your team but not getting proper responce from them please check and resolve my problem soon.

Please allow me to ask you a few questions, so I can understand the whole situation completely. Do I understand correctly that all the funds have been deducted from the bank account and credited to your casino account? Have you played any of your mistakenly deposited funds, or they’re still untouched? Could you please advise if your account was successfully verified in the past?

Hi team

I received olny 800rs of refund in my casino account but not finding 1600rs of payment and when I spoke to bank customer care people they said merchant already claimed all three payments but and I request for statement of 26march from my ID from 24betting but they are not proving the proof of evidence they were not received the amount

As I mentioned earlier, if the money got lost during the transaction, it’s going to take some time before it’ll be located and refunded back to your bank account or credited to your casino account. Given that it's approximately ten days now since unsuccessful transactions (26/03/2021), I will set the timer for additional 7 days and if there's no development by Tuesday next week, we will intervene. Thank you very much in advance for your patience.

I apologize, but since we haven’t received any response from the casino regarding the issue, we can not continue resolving this complaint and we are forced to close it as ‘unresolved’.

I am very sorry I couldn't help more, but at least closing this complaint as unresolved will negatively influence the casino's rating and other players can read about your experience in our review.

I hope you won't come across a problem like this again.
