The player from India had deposited 50000 into 24 betting via PhonePe. The transaction had been debited from his bank account, but the deposit was not reflected in his casino balance. He had not received any response from the casino. We had advised the player to contact the casino directly and provided instructions on how to do so, but the player did not respond to our messages. As a result, we could not investigate the issue further and had to reject the complaint.

I have deposited 50000 in 24 betting and my money was debeted from bank paid via phonepe and deposite was not showing in app the date I was deposited was 27/01/2024 till now no response

Could you please advise if you’ve submitted a ticket with Casino Customer Support and received any reply already? If you haven’t contacted the casino directly, please go to the website (https://24betting.com/casino), then open the live chat, and the live chatbot will immediately give options:

1) deposit problems

2) withdrawal problems

3) bet problems

Click on the relevant button and input the relevant details that the bot asks for. It is very fast and efficient. If you’ve already done so and received any kind of reply from the casino, please forward it to tomas@casino.guru and specify the ticket number.
