The player from India had deposited money on 15th December but had not received it in his account even after five days. Despite having provided all transaction details to the casino's customer support, he had not received any assistance. We had suggested the player to contact his payment provider for further investigation as the casino could not intervene in this matter. However, due to a lack of response from the player to our messages and questions, we were unable to proceed with the investigation and had to reject the complaint.

I made a deposit of 1700 on 15th December didn't received it yet , it's been more than 5days... I have contacted with customer support, send them all the transaction details still they didnt do anything and they are not replying me also about my deposit...

If your deposit has never been credited to your casino account, the only thing I would recommend is contacting your payment provider. They need to investigate, but bear in mind, that it’s a complicated process that takes approximately one month. In these cases, the casino usually has its hands tied.
