The player from India made a deposit, but only part of her funds was credited successfully. The casino refunded the missing part and provided us with evidence confirming it. Therefore we marked this complaint as resolved.

date 14.04.2022 time 00:09 hours, i deposit 1000 INR (deposit id : 6655329) but today login amount shown only 450 INR so why system is cut amount of 550 INR automatically and also after deposit i am not play any game.


this is 2-3 times automatically amount cut in my account so please check & credit balance amount urgent basis.

Could you please advise if you’ve submitted a ticket with Casino Customer Support and received any reply already? If you haven’t contacted the casino directly yet please go to the casino's website, then open the live chat, and the live chat bot will immediately give options:

1) deposit problems

2) withdrawal problems

3) bet problems

Click on the relevant button and input the relevant details that the bot asks for. It is very fast and efficient.

If you’ve already done so and received any kind of reply from the casino, please forward it to kristina.s@casino.guru and specify the ticket number.

Rather than have a long discussion about a non-event, where we have no idea what this player is talking about, we have just decided to resolve it quickly without admission of fault on our side.

 

We have just credited this player ac 550 rs, as it is not worth our time.


After you have confirmed with this player that we have indeed credited is ac with 550 rs, please close this complaint
