Could you please advise if you’ve submitted a ticket with Casino Customer Support and received any reply already? If you haven’t contacted the casino directly yet please go to the website (https://24betting.com/casino), then open the live chat, and the live chatbot will immediately give options:

1) deposit problems

2) withdrawal problems

3) bet problems

Click on the relevant button and input the relevant details that the bot asks for. It is very fast and efficient.

This players account has been temporarily locked because he failed security verification when submitting a withdrawal request.


On 24betting we have introduced some new security features to protect our players.


At the time of withdrawal request, the player has 3 attempts to confirm the bank account number used in the last approved withdrawal.


Again, this is to protect them against possible account security breaches.


After 3 failed attempts, their 24b account will be temporarily locked.


In order for this player to now unlock their account, they need to go on to live chat and speak to customer support.


Customer support will then ask them to confirm the bank account number used in their last approved withdrawal.


If they confirm this correctly on live chat to one of our agents, they will be issued with a new strong password, and their account will be unlocked.


If they are unable to confirm this, their account will remain locked.


If they are a genuine player, they should have no problem confirming the bank account number used in their last approved withdrawal.
