  • Could you please advise if you have passed the KYC verification?

  • Did you achieve your current balance with the help of a bonus?

Dear team I don't have any relationship with that name (******) even this type of names we don't use in our area


And I have passed all of the Kyc Request that 22bet asked


I have around 13000+ RS in my account


Yes I played and played with bouns too some times as there is offer on weekly deposit and I don't think that is bad plan to use the bonus too if I am playing daily


Yes I have win the bet which contain bonus amount but what is the wrong with I if win this is the offer to win


And if someone is connected with the same IP i don't have idea of this as I often use my company LAN wifi and it's fair to use that


But I have done all the hard work in a genuine way

Yes possible Sir as I am working as a quality engineer in a private company and often use common wife (LAN)

Following to our terms and conditions: Customers may register only one account per family, address, e-mail address, and IP address. So you shouldn't use any vpn. It is entirely your responsibility to follow the rules you agreed to when you registered.

Casino should return my money If they do not want to play on their app/website they can mail me about this

But why my money is eaten by them?

It not a crime if I connected to public wifi

Unfortunately, the casino failed to provide us with the requested evidence. Therefore, we cannot continue resolving this complaint, and we are forced to close the case as ‘unresolved’, which will influence the casino’s rating in a negative way.

 

There is one more option on how you can try to resolve your issue - I recommend you contact the gaming authority the casino is regulated by (Curaçao Antillephone N.V.) and submit a complaint directly to the regulator (certria@gaminglicences.com and/or complaints@gaminglicences.com).

 

Please let me know once and how they responded (stefan.m@casino.guru).
