After joining 20bet, I started playing a small money game.


There was no problem with the deposit and withdrawal.




Initially, only EWallet was authenticated.


Since then, I have been using it satisfactorily without any problems.




However, when he was about to withdraw 36,000 P, he suddenly said this.


The withdrawal was canceled and additional documents were requested.


Of course I can understand. So I prepared additional documents.

Number 4 was the problem for me.


I sent a document announcing the electricity and water bills.The document has the correct address, name, and date.


But they're rejecting the address certificate and canceling all withdrawals.




Currently, withdrawals are continuously rejected, and withdrawals are delayed without justifiable reasons.




Unfortunately, it was not difficult for me to find victims of these cases. Many people were already suffering from the above damage.

However, please bear in mind that it’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.
That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.

If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, we will intervene and do our best to help you.

Hello, I read your comment. But the problem I'm experiencing is that they continue to reject my documents even though I attached them normal documents. Passport, EWALLET, WORKING ID, certified, but sent utility documents to check their requested electricity and water bills, but they are rejecting the documents. I don't know why, and I repeat the same thing over and over again. I updated the document as an attached file, and you can check it. The name, address, and date are available there and are less than 3 months old. Nevertheless, the reason for the rejection of 20bet is that the name, address, and date are confirmed and the document should be sent less than 3 months. The same thing is being said at the customer center.

If you check the chat details, they just cancel all withdrawals, telling you to apply for withdrawal, and they cancel the certificate.
