I made a deposits of above mentioned sum so that to receive there no wager promotion on which I had won some money but deposit did not come to my casino wallet.nor did money which I won on no wager free spin. Thnx guru

Thank you guru, I had made a deposit of 935 (INR) on 24th yesterday , and usually deposit is instant.and was supposed to double up my balance by 1x from the free spin. Because of which I was having a problem this time I guess guru ..

This has occurred to me several times but never in my understanding I think it takes more than a couple of days to confirm, mostly it gets solved with 3 to 4 hr .I think it's all because of the amount I won which is almost same as my deposits. And whose expiration date is only a day as in for now.

Along which my provider has comfomed that this transaction has already been accepted by the beneficiary.

Thanks for your messages. If your deposit has never been credited to your casino account, the only thing I would recommend is contacting your payment provider. Checking for a lost transaction is a manual process that might take up to a month to resolve. I would also strongly recommend against depositing any more funds until the issue is resolved. If the money got lost during the transaction, it will take some time before it’ll be credited to your casino account.

Thank you sir for everything, I already contacted my provider and it's clear they have created this money to this address, I am from India and I used upi as a mode of transaction to there deposit option which was available at that movement but now they have removed it.

I cannot contact whith the second hand party ,like razorpay or muchBetter which they might have used it to deliver that money to the casino. Because I don't have the transaction ID to that.

No worries any ways sir I am very thankful to you for helping us .

I would just like to convey it to you that. Previously they asked me to send my monthly bank statement which I downloaded it from the bank page and provided them with the password. But now they are saying this "Greetings!

For further investigation, we kindly ask you to provide the original statement from your bank. As for the previously provided statement, it is not original and was generated using third-party software."

I want them to know it's ok for me to not have my deposit into your casino account.

Cause I feel they are making fun of me and it's somesort of harresment they are trying coz I complained.

10usd is not worth this much time and attention which they are receiving.

My bank statement is that which I have given you already, there is no way I can give you electronic statement with a government stamp on it 1xslot sorry infact I have even captured photo from my pass book which is the hard copy of e-statement and you still say to me " send original " copy. " what kind of original it's just nonsense, it seems you just don't want to refill my account with 10usd


I totally understand ,after all the things which I have sent to you which includes, my payment history from my ewallet provider, confirmation that money has been credited to the provided address to Asad Nawaz which was your upi partner at the time,my bank estatement and hard copy of the statement for the month.you not concerning your partner and asking him the transaction ID by which you could easily track this transaction from the provider and wouldbe solved in no time. instead your trying to show me as if I am hiding something or asking you for the charity of 10usd to satisfy my gambling addiction is not what you think 1xslot. As previously mentioned, your printed document cannot be accepted as proof of transfer, because it reflects data from 2021. Unfortunately, no other documents apart from the bank statement will suffice. The documents you sent earlier are not originals. We are always happy to assist with any questions, but as stated earlier, a bank statement is necessary for this. No additional data is required yet.
