I feel disappointed with this website, I know this website from this website recommendation then I try to join in , then first time I'm join this website already have way introductions for deposit only ! After I finish register an account for game I must deposit easily then start game, I have use other website to make online transfer at midnight, but is very easily ! As same with this website I also use online transfer but it's so many trouble , I use trustpay to transfer money into my wallet only starting I give bank name 'maybank ' only heaven to give details already showing pending , then wait a while for this cause I know after 12 am midnight maybank will offline for a while so I not sure it's that will continue or not ? ( I have use when midnight transfer , also with nothing matter) then I try to connect chat room to understanding, then chat room person ( I understand she also just a staff only , and I already promised with her, dun want to make problems with her , then privacy I not show her on this ) she was telling me better I skip trustpay straight to go transfer will much better course maybank it's offline at that moment ( time 03:27 ) she verified my details to send me an account number to transfer, after I get that account number, I just deposit by my maybank 2u app , then I dun know where I'm gonna to verify that receipt , then second time I connect to chat room it's a different person , then she was telling me send to the email address, course cannot to send by chat room , then I following again ,after I send the email ( time 03:43 ) third time connect chat room again with the first person I chatting, after I telling all about that then she replied to me say course bank offline they have to receive my mailing receipt but can't transfer to wallet at the time , have to wait till 5am , I have to again it's must have to wait till 5am? She said yes ! I say again if offline how can I make transfer online, then she request with they department again to reply same answer , ok then I wait ! When I waiting for the time then I visited this website have any game I wanna to play with the credit into my wallet ( I'm using iPad ) they have two options to playing slot game up its demo play down its real play then how I will play with no credit , so I must to play with demo , after I finished demo play quick to hall I saw have received two message then one message was telling me already successfully my credit but my wallet it's 0.00 second message was declined when the time it's only 04:38 am then I was surprised to connect fourth time chat room again also with the person on first time I'm chatting, then I ask her what about I receive with the message but 0.00 with my wallet and check for me , that was telling me yes already successful into my wallet on 04:29am and I finish gaming on 04:33am by this time I'm already have many questions, why I actually to play demo how I will use my credit, course at that time I know my wallet it's not credit must have to wait till 5am then connect chat room to regarding again ! So how will be this problem, then ok even I can for sure I choose gaming with demo also only me to know but then why I have confirm claim with bonus , but only I get just have same amount I deposit, then she ask me to make another deposit to claim again! Finally I have say it's will have a person deposit for gaming already have so many way to follow till last advertising have show can claim bonus , but get everything its nothing and wasting my time in this midnight !

i deposit to wallet actually is start around from 3 am course first time is wait for pending by trustpay then after around half an hour I connect customers service to ask then to be story about what I'm post early , ok then first I heaven try previews with other casino online not that big amount transfer to wallet have to spend more then an hour , and follow from they instruction for give only RM50 I have to send here connect that I dun know for other people will how feeling but for me that's too much really ! When I 2or 3 time to request with them can be as soon as possible they also must me to wait till 5am honestly that really not that big amount so not I'm not gonna to be loose gone I just dun like about they service and instructions to deposit and wasting my time, even bonus also get nothing for me again to ask deposit second to claim , i not sure is they think about me is stupid or how , but I think I will not that stupid to second time

Sorry about just seen u message for late ! But anyway I just hope fully u can recommend to this game admin for suggestion, feed back from customers, coz I dun think if Guru can help me to get back that bonus or what ever , by this thing I meet already I still can enjoy game with this website anymore ! By the way I still very thankful u can understand to hear me ! Thank you! Till this end I have nothing else to complaint just hopefully Guru can feed back from me to websites admin to know ! Thanks
