I have won  money and I wish for this money to be transferred into my Savings A/C; it seems that your business model is that; I have an A/C with you and cannot claim my winnings/access

I will speak with Consumer Affairs and ASIC re this.

I have a substantial amount to claim for which I made  a deposit  

I have tried the 'chat'; no one gets back to you..?
