I'd been played at that site for almost 2 years and I was ome step away from highest membership in 1xbet. I opened new account and deposited 500000 MMK for my girlfriend who want to play there. I logged in my account and trying to play slots game and beong refused by game. So I complained to customer services and they said to email security team. They asked me to send Identity card and I sent them back. They keep asking me for more clear photos and so on. I already sent even my passport's photo. Still asking for photos and I pissed off. At end I don't want to sent photos or play either so I asked to withdraw my money and they said they will neglect my mail untill I gave what they asked.
That's not about money but kind of insulting and stealing money. I have all mails to show.
