A player from Norway made multiple deposits to 1xBet that were deducted from his bank but were not credited to his account. Despite providing transaction IDs as proof, the casino refused to acknowledge them due to the lack of a timestamp, which the player's bank did not provide. The ransom amount was 150 dollars. The Complaints Team advised the player to contact his payment provider for an investigation. Due to the player's lack of response, the complaint was rejected.

My experience has been HORRIBLE!! I made a few successful deposits but my problem came soon after, a deposit I made was never credited so I tried again, Nothing, one final 3rd time I tried to deposit.. I got nothing on 1xbet site. Turns out the money left my bank all 3 times, but I got nothing on 1xbet.


I have tried to get my money back for over a week now and 1xbet customer support is TERRIBLE, this amount which is 150 dollars it seems I will never get back. I will never use this site again until you provide me with my money.


I have given them ALL proof of all 3 transactions several time, Cold hard proof that money left my bank and went straight to them but because my bank does not show a timestamp they refuse to refund me, you have the damn transactions id why do you need a time stamp??


Straight up scam.



My bank does NOT show a time stamp, I Called my bank they said a transaction ID is MORE than enough for a proof of payement, they do not need to show time stamps.


In the provided pictures you will see they go on and on about the TIME when they know I cannot show the time stamps because my bank does not show the time stamps so the situation is completly locked. I did however give them the FULL receipt of all 3 transactions SEVERAL times both in picture and .pdf forms.



I will never use this casino ever again, STAY AWAY people!!

If your deposit has never been credited to your casino account, the only thing I would recommend is contacting your payment provider. They need to investigate, but bear in mind, that it’s a complicated process that takes approximately one month. In these cases, the casino usually has its hands tied.
