Melisa a player from United States, can’t withdraw her winnings. Nobody from Casino answer her and her access to the account is limited. She has over $21000 on her account.

I've played Bingo and Slots on 123bingo site for over 10 years off and on, with little to know problems until the last 3 years.  The problems started for me around 2016 with making it almost impossible to receive a withdraw.  

 

I currently have a pending withdraw for $850 and a cash balance of $20,262.99 in my account.  I've emailed, called the number on the site, visited live help, as well as reached out to the chat host, now to have my access to log into any room is blocked. 

 

I've emailed asking for a full withdraw of  $21,112.99 and for them to close my account, with no response.

We would like to ask the 123BingoOnline Casino to reply to this complaint. We are extending the timer by 7 days. If the casino fails to respond in the set time frame, we will close the complaint as ‘unresolved’.

Since we haven’t received any response from the casino regarding the issue, we are forced to close the complaint as ‘unresolved’.

The casino can reopen this complaint anytime.

I am sorry Melisa A that we didn't help you. The casino is non-responsive to us. Your complaint will be published and we change the rating of the casino accordingly.
