No I have not received my withdrawal I’m it’s entirety. It has been over two weeks and they will not disperse the entirety of the winnings regardless of my polite attempts too request for them

Hello yes I have received partial payments for my withdrawal . It was not on any bonus and I got verified after I was owed originally 24000$ I withdrew it but they still have me access too the monies even after the processing… I am still owed over $9000 almost a month

later . They state in certain circumstances they increase the withdrawal limit from

I lost about 5k of it while I waited for them too process the funds and start the withdrawal process wich is the reason for this procedure I believe.. so I finally asked them too please just give me all my mkney o wanted and too close my account that was about a month ago yet the still will only give me my money once a week a 1/6 th at a time

o have emailed casino reward as they suggest and have got back no response beyond your withdrawal has been processed we only give $4000 per week as a withdrawal amount .. o have tried there live chat they say too email them and won’t even open up a case about this …. I have tried calling their number to get only a recorded message then hung up on because of the call volume from the mega moola jackpot . Which if someone won on their site at the current 7mil plus jackpot they would occidenly hold all the winnings and pay out $4000 a week for the next 33+ years . This does not seem like what a reputable casino would do

i Have emailed them . I have tried there online case and they won’t even log the complaint except the first time that they sent me too the responsible gaming department… I tried too call them and got a recorded message then hung up on … because they say of the calm volume of the mega moola jackpot wich according too there singular response of we only process withdrawals at a rate of $4000 a week it would take someone over 33years too receive there entire winnings from them I question that they are rated as a reputable site when they have hidden somewhere in some agreement that this is there process and don’t feel it’s even worthy of a response for one of there largest jackpot winners.
