I've been waiting almost a month now for my withdrawals (3 pieces) at ZetCasino. All these payouts were made without bonus funds or bonus spins (which shouldn't be a problem either, because 4 days later I received a payout of €450 in another casino with bonus spins, which was also in my account after 5 days)
when i write to live support i am referred to email support which sends me on to finance...always the same reply "in progress please be patient" blah blah
Yesterday I received a message (not a CTRL+C CTRL+V answer) that the money had already been sent and had to be in the account... today the support says it's still being processed and they're asking for patience??? ?? consult a lawyer?

Were those your first withdrawal requests in the casino? Since when exactly is your account fully verified? Is your current balance generated from real money or did you use any bonus?
