My issue:

I currently have an account with Zetcasino and deposited 150$ and another 100$ CAD on Thursday October 3rd which were both authorized and successful. However that same day both another $150 and $100 transactions were taken from my bank account WITHOUT my authorization from Promptstorms VILNI. Later then on Saturday Oct.5 I had authorized a transaction on Zetcasino for $200 which was successful also by Promptstorms VILNI payment processor. Then no later then 20 minutes past and Promptstorms VILNI charged me 3 consecutive times for the same transaction for a total of 600$ (200$ x 3) debited from my bank account totally unauthorized.



Promptstorms VILNI website contact information is inactive yet the casino still decides to use it as a payment processor.

I have filed a fraud complaint with my bank as well.


by Zetcasino using a fraudulent payment processor and continues to do so. It also makes them liable.


I have reached out to Zetcasino but they keep saying they will look into it and then eventually tell me to contact my bank


also Promptstorms VILNI seems to be a payment processor for VISA/mastercard

  • Could you please clarify whether the amount 3x200€ was credited to your casino balance?
  • Do I understand correctly you filed a dispute with your bank regarding the unrequested transactions? Was it successful?
  • Have you made sure your bank hasn't made a mistake processing the transactions?

Hi there


So no money was ever credited to my casino account. However I just got info recently from the bank confirming that these were unauthorized fraudulent transactions and I will be getting reimbursed from my bank. So even though I got my money back. Promptstorms Vilni is a fraudulent payment processor that is being used by Zetcasino.

I understand your point of view, however, we might not attribute blame for the processor's actions to the casino based on the provided information. I hope your funds will be returned and your bank will resolve the matter.

Since we can't reasonably mediate between you and the casino nor penalize the casino for what happened to you, the complaint will be closed. If the issue persists. Please understand that we do not have the resources or power to enforce the legality of rules and run the investigation.
