The player from Texas had submitted a withdrawal request less than two weeks prior to contacting us. Winnings hadn't been obtained up to that day. We had advised the player to wait at least 14 days after requesting the withdrawal before submitting a complaint, as delays could have been due to unfinished KYC verification or high volume of withdrawal requests. However, the player did not respond to our follow-up messages. As a result, we could not investigate the issue further and had to reject the complaint.

I have requested my withdrawal 3 business days ago and have sent all the necessary documents. Every time I send an email to support or banking I get the same responses.


it was not a big deal until I had a medical emergency today and needed to withdraw $100 to get the medication. They are not working with me at all and keep giving me the same generic answers. It seems like there is no real person there because anyone that is expressing a medical need to withdraw funds should be given priority.

However, please bear in mind that it’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.
That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.

If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, we will intervene and do our best to help you.
