I had about 50$ on my shuffle account and they randomly just banned me and won't let me withdraw. I can't contact support. It's been over 5 months waiting now and account is still banned.

Account wasn't verified. They banned me like the first day I joined


Balance was real money


I talked to them via live support like 5 months ago and they refused to help. I don't have the logs saved.
