First it wouldn’t let me change to my home state of Minnesota. Second this Yabby casino is 100% a scam. They have an entire 20 person staff who makes fake profiles for sites like this one or trust pilot to make profile after profile leaving of course great reviews all day every day it’s their job! I deposited money and got a bonus to which I played THROUGH THE NECESSARY ROLL OVER AND THEN PROCEEDED TO WIN $704. Well of course Yabby CLAIMED I PLAYED GAMES I WASNT ALLOWED TO PLAY BUT THE FUNNY PART IS YOU CANT EVEN LOAD OR LOOK AT THOSE GAMES UNTIL ROLLOVER IS MET IT HAS A THIS IS RESTRICTED SCREEN SO THET KNOW WHAT THEY DID TO A 76 year old lady they stole my winnings and I have emails to back it up and screen recordings to show they are scammers and thieves!

Yes I’m verified. I can’t remember the bonus name I am 76 years old and it’s been a few months now but I do know I played through the bonus because 1. It shows you on screen how much you have to rollover you have left play through 2. It is IMPOSSIBLE To play RESTRICTED GAMES when you have still a rollover to play through it’s been tested by my son and casino guru you can try it yourself they are lying Nick and just trying not to pay me and on top of that after they refused to pay me they refused to refund my deposit it’s a scam and you need to list them as such or it’s obvious you really don’t care about the people who read and trust your site or maybe you get kickbacks from them but anyone can test what I’m saying and see it’s true they are lying and refuse to pay a fair and square winner and you need to list them as untrustworthy or lose all your readers trust

The incident in question occurred on August 13th. The player claimed STRIKE200 first deposit bonus. The terms of the promotion state that only Non-progressive slots, Keno, and Video Poker. Upon meeting the playthrough requirements, due to the default coupon settings, the system removed the restrictions set by the coupon and all games became available. This is something we are, unfortunately, not able to change as our Gaming provider doesn't offer the option of locking any games after the playthrough has been met. However, the Official Terms & Conditions of Yabby Casino clearly state that the Terms of any promotion remain in full effect even after the wagering requirements have been met:

Unfortunately, as you have wagered 128 games on Caribbean Hold'em for a total of $2,960.00, thus making a violation of the Terms explained above, the Management had no other option but to void the winnings. Your $46.84 deposit has been reimbursed to your account and you were allowed to play with your deposit once again.

We do understand that it is not a pleasant feeling to have your winnings voided, however, in order to maintain fair play conditions for all active Casino players, the winnings had to be voided.

In this case, the bonuses which the casino has are sticky.


In the case of sticky bonuses, the bonus amount is deducted when the withdrawal is made.


In such a case, the player shouldn't breach the restriction on the games even after the wagering is complete. 

In this case, it means that the casino has the right to void the winnings.


I am very sorry, Jenet. You gained an unfair advantage by still having this bonus on your account when you started playing Caribbean Hold'em.

From the casino terms and wagering, it is clear that the bonus is sticky.


What is a sticky bonus:


The initial bonus value will be deducted from your account when making a withdrawal.

If you deposit $100 and get a $200 bonus, $200 will be deducted from your account when you make a withdrawal.


After you deposited, you got a 200% bonus with only 1x wagering. However, if you try to withdraw your winnings, the initial value of the bonus will be deducted. Therefore, if you played Caribbean Hold'em without a bonus, you would have three times less money. 

By completing the wagering, you didn't lose bonus money, which cannot be used for certain games.

That's why you got an unfair advantage, and we believe the casino has the right in this case.

You can submit your complaint to another mediator's website if you believe we are unfair. However, I am 100% sure that the result will be the same.


You didn't lose anything. The casino returned your deposits because you breached the terms. The bad casino would only void your balance.

If your complaint would be justified we would definitely help you. Unfortunately, by playing a restricted game with the bonus you got an unfair advantage. 

(yes you still had a bonus because the bonus amount is deducted only when you make a withdrawal, and doesn't matter that you complete the wagering (wagering was only 1x, in the title no wagering))
