So Yabby and all sister casinos like Extreme and Brango all offer daily spins before depositing. Today I logged in to find that my account was banned from any daily spins or even promotions. The message I am met with when I hit the coupons in cashier is "This account was excluded from this Promotion. Please contact customer service for more information on coupon availability." So naturally I click the tawk chat and ask why my account has been targeted when daily spins is for every player before deposit. The chat drops before representative can answer, before throwing in the towel I attempt to refresh multiple times and eventually exit, reclick tawk chat only to be met with what appears to be a disabled chat. An hour goes by I try once more and this is the conversation...

So I was asked to contact them with the message I have included as an attachment only to be told that I am not allowed daily spins, with no reasoning whatsoever, then am cut off in chat when I reasonably ask to what I did wrong. And saying I am a depositer with no answers even when I say I am not a depositer.

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I would like to emphasize, that each casino has a different bonus policy and reward system. Moreover, casinos are free to exclude any player from receiving bonuses for whatever reason. I am sorry, but this isn’t something we could penalize the casino for. I can only recommend that you find a casino that suits your requirements better.

Right. My only problem with your comment is if any casino can exclude just anyone from a DAILY spin promo - without any notice, warning, email or even the slightest idea that they have somehow done wrong or upset someone, then yes I will move on as that is childish and unprofessional. This is why there are rules and regulations, terms and conditions. Without this, everything looks and sounds fraudulent. I realize this is such a small matter but it's the principal of how online casinos are going downhill and have no shame when it comes to honoring the fine print which in the court of law it is a written contract/agreement between the business and consumer.


I suggest yabby updates there terms and conditions as to no longer break their own legally binding agreement, under number 7 where it says


"In terms of everything stated above, the Casino will consider as "bonus abusers" or "bonus hunters" the Players who take unfair advantage of any promotion by using more than 5 non-deposit bonuses without making a single deposit. Such behavior is in contrary to the Casino’s Bonuses and Promotions Terms and Conditions.

The Casino has the right to revoke the eligibility of Player(s) to a certain promotion in case the Casino establishes that the Player, Players and/or third parties have participated in what Casino considers to be – abusive behavior or strategies. Casino or its authorized agent are allowed to inspect transaction records and logs, for whatever reason.

Furthermore, the Casino also reserves the right to do the following in case of abuse:

Restrict the eligibility of a Player(s), or a group or category of Players to participate in promotions

Refuse or cancel the bonuses due to any reason the Casino finds justified, including but not limited to Player abuse.

Cease the Player’s membership and forbid the Player to access the Casino in the future.

Modify, alter, cease or cancel a promotion at any time and for any reason without notice to players, although Casino commits to make efforts in providing such notices in advance."


add in that if you abuse the daily free spins by you know, playing them daily then you are an "abuser" and/or "I may or may not feel like honoring this written agreement if you upset me". And since within this agreement it was not written, it's just plain bullshit. Especially because I was clueless to any of this until trying my daily spins. This is why the ABA exists. SMH.


(sorry to rant to you as I know you are not the problem. just more a warning to yabby for future actions they take against unsuspecting consumers.)

Thank you for your reply, asolis2800. I understand your frustration, but as I mentioned in my initial message, there is not much more we could do here. Bonuses are something like a gift from casinos and they can decide who is eligible for them and who is not.
