casino refuse to give me 55% no rules promo as it was advertised, arguing that the promo required $100. I send them screen shot, the same as attached. It does not mention min deposit. they simply rejected the fact.

That was the second time they screwed up. Earlier from free spins after I played all the wages I was +$1300. In a moment when I waged my last dollar, on a different game, $1300 has been evaporated leaving me $50, because "in the rules it says max payout $50". I beg a pardon I did not win $1300 on the free spins per se. I won it on the different game, after free spins finished and I did do all that waging matter, so why did they took the money I won? i think its false ad and bad practice in general. Poor customer service. they deserve audit and penalty.

I understand your frustration. It is an example of an unfriendly design, however, we can't ask the casino to grant you the bonus if you didn't deposit the minimum deposit specified in the bonus terms.

  • Have you decided to play your funds or request a deposit refund?
  • Could you please shed light on the situation regarding the $1300 winnings that were reduced previously?
