Starting with the verification, it is fast and simple. Did manage to verify my account in 5 minutes. The support is helpful, they actually help you instead of giving some standard answers. The casino does have good providers. There is also good amount of payment methods. The site is simple but beautiful in my personal opinion. The withdraw time is also good, I do get my winnings in less than 2 hours.

Edit: I do not recommend to claim any bonus from this casino. The wagering is way too much. For example , if you receive a 25€ bonus you will need to wager something around 2300€. Also the minimum deposit to claim a bonus is 50€

Payouts at this casino via inpay are made in MAXIMUM 2 hours, otherwise only ROCKET PLAY is that fast.

Since I'm more of a sports bettor, I have a small suggestion for improvement. Sports betting still needs to be expanded, there are still many leagues missing such as. Romanians or a lot of people in South America.

I almost rated the casino "Good". Luckily, CasinoGuru still had some maintenance work. During this time the casino was able to show me its true self again.

Deposits and withdrawals as well as KYC work perfectly. However, the same game as always. KYC only required for withdrawals. However, since it runs via the ID Now app, I would like to praise it. So it took less than 5 minutes, after which the verification was completed.
However, I find it stressful and this is not mentioned here on CasinoGuru, even though they supposedly test the casinos that there are further restrictions. You can only request a payout twice within 24 hours. And yes, I mean commission. All others will be rejected on the grounds that "limit exceeded".
The whole thing is not limited to the day, but really down to the second. It is also not mentioned here that there is a maximum limit per year. 150000€. The casino doesn't pay out more per year. It's only stupid if you actually win a jackpot.

And as we all know, the best comes last. I am and will never be a fan of bonus offers that are tied to impossible conditions. I think the mere fact that someone is allowed to offer something like that is fraud. Since I didn't want to see all the garbage, I wrote to support and asked them to remove this nonsense. Of course, as always, support is not able to do anything about it. Who would have thought.
So I contacted support via email with the same request.

There was no answer, though. However, my account was blocked or deleted.

It's good that the payouts have all been confirmed.

Update from December 29, 2023
After I sent another email to support and thanked them for winning and paying out the money and told them what monkeys they were and blocked my account, even though I won and politely asked if they had the money didn't want to have it back, the account was released again 2 minutes later. I logged in again and checked. And indeed, all bonus offers have been removed from my account.
So it works. Why not in a friendly way, why do you have to insult people first before it can be done?
But that also showed me once again that the chat support was lying. He claimed that it wasn't possible to remove something like that.

Well, anyone who thinks that I would play here again is wrong. I closed the account again. Only this time forever.

If they had fulfilled my wishes straight away, I would have continued to gamble in the store and also left a better review.
But with such a small thing you can ruin the whole business.
I am still of the opinion that the money I have won should be deducted from the salary of the person who refused to remove the bonus offers from my account.

I had one disappointment with this casino. I was not paid my winnings, having written them off due to violations of the bonus wagering rules. Also they didn't even refund the deposit amount. Just an awful experience overall. I would rate this a solid 0/5 if I could. I have made multiple deposits to this website and no matter the bet size or the game, I have never had a decent win. Bonus games are basically impossible to get, no matter which game and how many spins you play.

On top of this, the bonus terms are really bad, loyalty incentives really low and staff extremely rude and professional. I can not believe how badly the support staff behaves. Also, they only close your account for a week at a time. To get it permanently closed, you have to jump through hurdles.

Depositing is also made extremely inconvenient.

Avoid.

Another casino that stalls when it comes to withdrawals. They have lied about putting money into my account and even though I used interac I could not Interac withdraw. 6 business days now and no funds, chat does not know anything.
