This is the worst online casino I have ever experienced. I would never recommend anyone to play here — it’s simply disgraceful.
I can admit that I made a mistake as well, but they are clearly contradicting their own rules. According to their terms, you are not allowed to create more than one account. However, they allow it to happen, they do not block the accounts, and they freely accept deposits. The moment I tried to withdraw my winnings, all my accounts were blocked, my funds were confiscated, and I was denied any payout.
They informed me that multiple accounts are not allowed because the same name, IP address, and other details were used. What is strange is that this was only mentioned after they had already received all of my deposits — conveniently when it was time to pay out my winnings.
This is unacceptable and extremely unprofessional. I do not recommend this platform to anyone. I will continue to leave negative reviews and have already contacted consumer protection authorities and legal advisors. I strongly advise everyone I know to stay away from this casino.
