The player from Romania has redeemed a No Deposit bonus which expired after one hour. We rejected the complaint because the player didn't respond to our messages and questions.

Hi,is about the 10 euro bonus for new players.Before register ,i saw here this promotion,where You said that the bonus expire after 30 days but it is not true. I made registration,they offered me this 10 euro bonus with 30 Times wagering( so 300euro to wager) but after 1 hour they cancelled my bonus saying that is available for 1 hour. So,is not 30 days,is for 1 hour. I was playing 1 hour,arriving from 10 euro to 150 euro and suddenly my bonus dissapear

Thank you. But this is not corectly from the casino. How You can wager 300 euro în 1 hour? They now is not possible but they continue to offer this 10 euro bonus no deposit just to take back after 1 hour. Is a lie just to make more new players.
