Site closed my account and prevents me from entering after I requested a payout. Was called by another third party person requesting more money.


Read the terms and conditions. Didn't state I wasn't able to request a payout due to issues with other site. Sent email and still no response

I met all the roll over requirements. I was annoyed too request a withdrawal. There's a 24 hour waiting period. In between that time, they disabled my account.

I meant all the roller requirements and have been using this site since 2021.

I played slots and a few sports. My rollover requirements were met and I was allowed to request a withdrawal. The withdrawal went into a 24-hour review. I kept checking on it and I attempted to log in and it said my account was disabled.

I was able to verify my account and it was active in good standing for many years.
