I am very sorry that you are experiencing issues again. In some rare cases, the casino may ask for Skype call or pictures with ID (with local newspaper/in front of house etc.). The best and only way to deal with this is to cooperate.
Just tell them that you can’t speak English and ask them to speak with a Spanish speaker during the call. They would probably ask you questions about your gaming. Don’t be afraid. It is better to be alone during the call.
