Do I understand correctly the payment method you used to deposit in the casino wasn't available for withdrawals? Do I understand correctly the casino recommended you withdraw via Inpay?


Please understand, that the variety and accessibility of payment methods are not managed by the casino exclusively. Several factors as the Licensing Authority, geolocation, contracts with the payment providers, and bank restrictions, all have a major influence. If a payment method was available for deposits, it doesn’t mean necessarily, that it will be offered for withdrawals too, also it can be discontinued at any time. Sir its is not only about this cases there is more than this I have played the game that offered by playson non stop promotion and this promotion is ended on 31 May and I have still no results of this promotion when I ask about the results they said we have not received the results of this promotion of maybe you are not the winner this casino is unfair against in terms condition and also they have no responsibility of gambling that way where a 5 customers which we have account in this casino where going to close our accounts and complaining about this casino we are all players have negatief experience with this casino

I am sorry but the prizes for the tournaments organized by the game provider are determined by the game provider of the promotion. If you haven't received any prize it would mean you weren't eligible for it.

As for the bonuses on offer, these are within the bounds of the casino. We can't penalize the casino for bonuses with low value.
