I have played on this casino for a substantial amount of time and have made quite a few deposits I have finally won a smaller amount and finally decided to cash it out. It's been nothing but a run around all ready. They have my identification which clearly states I'm more then of age ans on top of that I have sent my cable bill which is inclusive of a landline telephone as well. Why such a hassle to receive my win?? It's not bad enough that I am only able to cash out $500 and I didn't know that until now so will not return for game play here once I receive my win.

Please understand that KYC is a very important and essential process, during which the casino makes sure that the money is sent to the rightful owner. As they don't have the luxury of being able to physically see all of the players and check their identification and documents, this is the only way gambling establishments are able to complete the verification procedures. None of the serious and licensed casinos take KYC lightly and it might take a few working days to complete this thorough process. 

Could you please advise if you successfully passed the full KYC verification? Have all your identity documents been approved?

Have you accumulated your winnings with a bonus that had the maximum winnings capped at $500? Could you please send me the link or the screenshot of the bonus you took?

Yes I have been validated all that has went through I absolutely 100% don't accept bonuses from any casino as I have literally been robbed and had large amounts swiped from underneath my feet so had to learn the hard way. This casino has taken 1000s of dollars and I have only won once and was unaware until my win that the max cashout was only 500 dollars so it's impossible to ever win a substantial amount of money here which is wrong if I would of known that I would of never played here and spent so much.
