The player struggles to verify his account as his ID is keep getting rejected. The complaint was closed as the player stopped responding.
I have did everything from playing all of the rollover/bonus requirements to sending ALL of my verification required and still getting the run around. I have spoke with Live Chat, KYC, and Support. I have even spoke with an agent over the phone and gave ALL of them my ID and other information for verification. They still ask for ID. This is ridiculous. I have sent 4 different pictures of my ID and every single of them is clear and not blurry. I even sent in a picture of me holding my ID. Nothing but a bunch of scam artists.

Could you please advise since when exactly is the verification process ongoing? Which documents have been already approved and did the casino specify what exactly is wrong with the forwarded ID documents? When was the last time you spoke to the casino and what was it about?
Please also note that the verification process may take up to 14 days after sending in all the requested documents.
