The player from Iowa had requested a withdrawal less than two weeks prior to submitting the complaint. Her money hadn't been received yet. However, despite the Complaints Team's efforts to understand and resolve the issue, the player failed to respond to their messages. As a result, we were unable to investigate further and had to reject the complaint.

Requested a withdrawal on the 27th. Submitted all documents. Got an email on the 1st saying my utility bill ( which was attached straight from the utility website) was blurry. So I sent another utility bill. Also said there wer technical difficulties with cash app…. I would like to use cash app and have had no problems with it with several other casinos. Spoke with Abigail who could not help me and just told me to wait. She is the only manager on staff on Saturdays. You can not speak to anyone else above her at all. She also knew nothing about cash app….. do they take it? What technique difficulties where they having? I just want my withdrawal. Today.
