Hello,

this casino is scam! They tell you you have to wagger 70!!!! Times instead of 35 and you only get your free included Bonus spins with an additional wager of 40 after you lost all your money! How can you rate this casino so high?!?!

Hello, I know the terms but as mentioned I had to wager 70 x my bonus! And after I activated the Bonus spins I had to wager 40 times additional to the 70 times. In my case 70x150=10.500 CAD and additional 40 times my winnings in free spins. That's scam! On top our Achievements didnt work properly, they didn't count right. Reaching out for support didn't help - seems they dont know why. And if you dont ask for your bonus, you don't receive it. They added it manually. So if someone is not aware they are losing money. It is scam!

I'm sorry, Heiko, but those rules are described in the terms and conditions. It specifically says 35 x deposit + bonus. Could you please advise what was the percentage of your bonus credited? Was it 100%? Thank you.

You dont understand. It wasn't 35, it was 70...

70x150=10500 and this is what I had to wager


I think because of a problem it didnt activate my Bonus automatically but the wager was on and when they added manually my Bonus they activated the wager a second time and that's why I had 70x instead of 35x


But no one reads my messages properly to understand that it was 70x wager because they only read terms and conditions and repeat and repeat them which doesn't make it right!

It happened to me wager 70 times and NOT 35!

I do understand. You had to wager 70x your rewarded bonus. How much was your deposit please and your rewarded bonus amount?

Deposit was 150 CAD, Bonus was 100% (150 CAD)

$150 deposit had to be wagered 70x (150 x 70 = 10,500)


Which is the same as the bonus T&Cs say: deposit + bonus 35x (150 + 150 = wager 35x, 300 x 35 = 10,500)


As I mentioned earlier, all the rules are written in T&Cs. Is there anything else we could try to help you with?
