Had a free bonus on wich I meet the wagering requirements and made a deposit to be able to withdraw the max from bonus wich was £65.
From 27th of July they keep seeling me bs that i will get it asap and this and that.
Some of them probably know me already as I dont even have to tell them why im opening the chat they just say " I will look into this for you " yeah I know.
They are chatting with me but I am hearing the same thing al over again and again.

I submited the required ids they never said anything about that they are just telling me its going to be processed soon
As you can see in the above pictures this is how our conversation goes every time.
Maybe sometime they say they have internal issues but 90% of the time is this copy/paste reply.
