I won money on two different games but they won't give it to me instead I been asked to verify my ID 20 times been denied everytime I keep getting on chat to check the progress for two days now and they are doing nothing at all I asked for a manager no one will give me one I have been back and forth giving them what they asked me for but i still don't have my money they haven't even taking it off the game the say with 48 hours at most it 72 for one and 48 now for the other a d nothing is being done I just want my money and my account to this company closed I don't want nothing to do with this shady company. Please help me get my money I don't trust them so I have screen shots of my account so they can't lie and say I had no money in my accounts. This company is taking full advantage of having no one make them be responsible so I would watch them if I were anyone going to this Company

I sent my ID front and back it was denied several times I sent my selfie with my ID on a picture several times it was denied after being told approved they would deny my submission when I checked on the status of my withdrawls an agent would say dear you have to submit verification again I did that from 6 am til like 10 pm last night. Roman helped me best he could he got me one of my withdrawls but the other he had to send higher up. Im waiting for that out come. This company sends me an email stating if I change my trust pilot review maybe my withdrawl will go faster. I'm outraged that they think this is a game to be playing with me. I had a bad experience with their customer service and should be able to say something about it not be blackmailed into changing it for what they owe me.

Here it is days later I get another email for verification. This verification is approved I took screeshot of this and have the approval email. They are not working on getting me my funds more into playing games with me and using verification as the way. They are responding to me late night as well most of the time time are the responding at 3 am or something like that making it more time if I don't get the email til morning that's another day they do nothing. This casino knows that I have the funds they aren't saying I don't they are just holding me up because they can so not fair at all.

I haven't received my withdrawal from vegas x yet I was doing all that verification last week to get it but I'm back at square one with trying to get it still no resolve there. I won again on milkyway this game all of a sudden has a maintenance issue can't get my 200 from there until it's fixed. And why I put money on there last night and while playing mr all in one it said internet connection re login and I did my money went from 43 and change to 7.52 and the login character was totally different so now I'm waiting for that to be fixed I'm not sure but something is off here and I would like to keep this open. 200 from vegas and 200 from milky way I'm waiting for and the glitch that took my money as well.
