SCAM! They owe me $250 and should have issued a check weeks ago. They requested all sorts of documentation from a utility bill to the front and back of my driver's license and the credit card I made deposits with. They also wanted a picture of me holding the license. Although they were clear pictures, they said they needed clearer pictures which I finally realized was a stall tactic on their part. They have not gone silent and have not responded to any of my many emails nor have they issued the check.

This casino is horrible!! I have been waiting a month and a half to get paid! I keep getting the run around from each customer support agent. All my documents were confirmed and approved. I was told I was paid on 12/25/23 which wasn't true. I reached out multiple times and was told the same thing. Finally one of the reps told me there was a problem and I was paid out on 1/18/24! Almost a month later!! I am still waiting for my money and at this point I doubt I will ever see my money. They are quick to take my money but full of excuses when they need to pay.

Update 12/11/2023- Received email stating there was a issue after my funds were batched and that they were putting the funds back on to my account and I could try to withdrawal again and that if I used bitcoin it would be processed immediately so I decided to do bitcoin waiting to see it funds are releases today or tomorrow just more run around

I sent in a bill that is from 7/10/23. I this time had to send 3 emails. All labeled 1/3, 2/3, and 3/3. Due to the front and back of each card and the photo of the new bill was 5 photos ... Crazy. I have been a "High-Roller" on this site for approximately the past 10 months. In general, I have found the games to be fun, the support to be decent and the perks for high rollers to be in line with other sites. My only BIG PROBLEM with this casino is how long it takes to get your money from them. While their site claims withdrawals will be processed within 48-72 hours and "Often Quicker" I have currently been waiting on my wire transfer from them for 31 days! No answers from support except that it was processed on 6/12/23 and that "They have no control over the payment once it is sent to their processor". I have also had 2 withdrawal requests reversed by the system (Which starts the whole process all over BTW). so my last 3 payments have taken over two weeks and this last one I'm waiting on is now at 31 days. I played this casino for many weeks and really enjoyed it. I understood the bonus money and the play through that is required and I watched the play through amount. On the bonus they gave me I had to play through $4000 which I did, My account balance was at $650.00 so I wanted to see if the place was actually legit as everyone told me these online casinos are a joke. Rule #5 of the bonus terms and conditions say: A maximum cashout of 10 times the deposit applies. Since you deposited $25, the maximum amount you are able to cash out is $250.
When you requested the $100 cashout, the system removed the excess and left you with $150, which is the rest of the money you were able to cash out. Once this happened, the system understood that the promotion was over and closed it.

Same as the other complaints - the verification process was way beyond "security" and should have been the process to add money to your account; the fees to add money and withdrawal money are excessive; it takes days or weeks to get an email response; I did get one withdrawal and they claim they wires another which I did not receive so they are requiring my bank statement; and I got an email at midnight last night stating that I reversed another withdrawal that had already been approved; just more ways for them to ensure they do not pay out money to winning players which just keeps players from playing on their site; and yes big wins in the beginning and then seems like bonuses are turned off and you can't win anything.

Okay my final review, promise casino guru. After playing through over 10k I have a give a big thumbs down on Ducky. I won initially but like others have said, they must have different betting profiles where you win less. Now I am getting hardly any epic or buffalo wins over thousands of spins. I had to update this because of a really unprofessional and disappointing experience with customer support. I just had a horrible experience with a customer service agent named Kathy. She refused to apply my free spins and I deposit daily. I’m ready to disable my account over the way I was just treated.

Payouts take about 48 hours during the week and they do not payout over the weekend so if you win on Thursday you won’t receive until the following Tuesday.

At first, in line with many of these reviews, everything was great. A lot of pretty good deposit bonuses and a very good selection of games. While I didn’t win much at the beginning, did get close and actually initiated a few withdrawals, but that’s really where the nightmare started.

The whole account verification process seems to me to be a complete sham to essentially not pay out or delay the payouts so much that the player will eventually lose whatever money they have in their account and reverse withdrawals. I initially went for a withdrawal on or about 2/18. Got an email to send a specific set of documents for account verification, sent the documents back on 2/18. I did not receive a response until 2/24, at which point there was a follow-up request for additional documents. No problem - I submitted pictures of the back of my ID and all of my credit cards that I used for deposits. Would have been nice to get that request earlier, but I understand. To this day, I have not received any additional confirmation or follow-up after following up for almost everyday until 3/5, at which point I’m basically giving up.

Up until 3/3, I was queued up for $2,500 in withdrawals, which was the max amount you can do in a week, then had almost $15,000 in my account after going on a good run (and consciously trying not to blow everything while I’m waiting for account verification). Surprise, surprise - I lost it all after being unable to win on any game. Still nothing from their "FaxBacks" team after being told multiple times I would hear back in 1-2 days.

I should have read these reviews more closely before signing up. After depositing well over $2000 in a week, I was going to close my account bc I could not win. My host gave me a $1000 chip with a 25x wagering requirement. Somehow I overcame that requirement and cashed out $5,000. I tried to be proactive and email my documents before I really started to make larger deposits. Like many people on this site, I became a high roller (VIP), Golden Goose, Crypto Elite etc. I have chatted in at least ten times inquiring about my documents. They always tell me that they'll email me back straight away. They have yet to do that in two days. Finally, I contacted them via the High Roller hotline and spoke to my host who was very nice and assured me that she'd deal with this for me. While on the phone, she explained to me that I wouldn't be eligible for future bonuses because the system made me a "skilled player" (in one week..?). I am a recreational player. Moreover, she said that my Crypto Elite status was taken away for the same reason. However, she assured me that my documents would be reviewed today. I called again a few minutes ago. This is true! So while I was extremely prepared to give them a 5 star review and excited to do so once my payout was completed unfortunately that is not the case! They are correct on their website when they say "gambling should be entertaining. Only deposit and play what you can afford" but why not just be Blount && tell people whatever you deposit you will lose because we will not pay you what you win so only play with what you can afford to lose! Decent amount of games. They allow you to be a crypto elite user at the beginning, and if you win they consider you a skilled gambler and take the status away from you (including all bonuses, withdrawal priority, etc.). I didn't know it was taken away until I reached out to customer service about the long withdrawal waits and was told. So they do not notify you. After this occurred and I had signed up and went through the verification process, I had almost all of my passwords and usernames from sites (including Duckyluck) hacked. I would stay away from the site for these two main reasons.

There are many reputable casinos out there that don’t have security issues and also take away bonuses without notifying customers*
