This website has to be a scam. They claim 3 days withdrawal time but when it surpasses that they say they don’t see the withdrawal tell me to cancel and retry then say all is good. The next agent will repeat the process not only pushing back your withdrawal date but also just trying to get rid of you. They don’t answer any questions properly on live chat and don’t answer emails period. They have told me time and time again I will get my withdrawal then saying they don’t see it. Coming up with random withdrawal amounts that I’ve never put through. They just end the chat when they feel like it and simply don’t payout withdrawals. Y’all can see by customer reviews that they have a serious track record of not paying out withdrawals. I’ve got screenshots of anything I could and email transcripts of conversations but it’s just unreal what they’re doing and just getting away with scamming. I’m being tired and just want my withdrawal to get out of there but no they are holding it. I also believe their agents are either bots or don’t speak English because they don’t formulate proper sentences or say one thing then go back on it. Like the last agent I talked to said my withdrawal was canceled then said it was processing and I needed to wait. He then proceeded to go back to it was canceled or nonexistent. Gave me the wrong transaction ID and really said "it must be a bug in the system for why I have the wrong information". Like that’s not even real. Anyways I don’t know who to reach out to for help but trying to put reviews everywhere and complain here so that they can eventually get investigated or taken down.
