The player from Netherlands had her account blocked without further explanation. Since there were no funds held by the casino, we decided to reject this complaint.

Casino blocked my account without any reason . 

Support on chat asked to wait for email back but nothing coming to me 

I were on chat many times but nobody can’t help 

My account is full veryficate and becouse of faults from casino side I can’t use my account . 

I have hope my issue will fast resolve

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your problem. Please understand, that we can’t penalize the casino for closing your account. Casinos, in general, have a right to restrict or even close players’ accounts if they suspect irregular play or other questionable activities or for no reason at all.

Could you please advise if there are any funds being held by the casino? If the casino paid out all the winnings and no funds are being held, I’m afraid, there’s not much we can do for you.

My account is closed becouse of missing documents while my account is full veryficate .

so I can understand, casino closed account becouse of what ! ?

Sylwia, there isn’t anything unusual when the casino asks for additional documents, or to submit all documents again, even if the account was previously verified. I would suggest providing all the required documents in the best possible quality and as soon as possible.

Thank you, but there’s fault becouse support on chat agree with me . After conversation they told me theres No documents what i need to add . The point is, mine account is still blocked

I am sorry, but if there are no funds being held and/or no funds being held, casinos can close players’ accounts without stating the exact reason.
